Brampton set to recruit for themselves as new office gives room for expansion

An expanding North Staffordshire recruitment agency has completed a small move with the potential for a big impact on business.

Brampton Recruitment has moved to a larger suite of offices in the Brampton House business centre, Queen Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The move increases the company’s floor space by around a third and adds an extra room which Brampton Recruitment plan to develop as a training and interview space both for its own use and the use of clients.

“We had been in our current office for 7 years and it has served us well, but expansion meant that we had run out of space,” said Managing Director, Claire Leigh.

From its foundation with just two staff members in 2006, Brampton Recruitment now has nine members of staff and there are plans to expand to 12 in the next six months.

There are immediate plans to bring in a new Commercial Recruitment Consultant with experience in areas including Managerial, Administration roles, HR, Sales and Graduate roles.

“The new offices give us room to manoeuvre in terms of staff recruitment and greatly enhance the experience for our customers,” said Claire.

“Facilities for meetings are now much improved and we are going to offer these to our clients who, for example, may want a space away from their own office to conduct interviews.”
