Embassy Homme and Luxury Coffee Bar Embassy Grind

A classically designed new coffee lounge and barbers shop is to open in Newcastle-under-Lyme following major investment from award winning Embassy Hair.
The coffee bar at Embassy Grind is designed as a cool space pervasive in London or Manchester. Urbanites and the like can relax and enjoy excellent quality Nespresso coffee, Tiffin sandwiches, salads and pastries baked in house.
The King Street development also features a high class men’s grooming experience featuring classic Takara Belmont barbers’ chairs “There was no question about buying any other style. Belmont are the classic mans barber chair that will only get better with age!”
The independently owned Embassy Hair was recently crowned Salon of the Year by Salon Business Magazine. A much sought after accolade in the Hairdressing industry.
The owners, Mark Thompson, Michael Clowes and Keith Greenhill, have now expanded their business into the former Benedicts delicatessen in the neighbouring building to their main salon.
Jobs will be created in both the coffee bar and salon.
Mark Thompson said: “We have completely refitted the building to a high standard and we are delighted with the results.
“A beautiful feature of the coffee bar is a hardwood parquet floor which we have had reclaimed and used as a stunning effect on one wall.
“The coffee bar is separated from the salon with a screen but the two spaces flow into each other and there is an outside area for use in the summer.
“We believe the concept of the coffee bar and barbers shop and the finishes we have achieved give Embassy a unique offer.”
