Former Ministry of Defence North West PR manager Greg Stringer has joined forces with ex-journalism colleague Nigel Howle at Howle Communications.  

Howle and Stringer are working together again almost 20 years after their paths last crossed as journalists at the Sentinel, Stoke-on-Trent. 

Howle Communications has a growing portfolio of clients across sectors including housing, local government, education and charities.    

Nigel said: “Greg is a talented and experienced PR practitioner and writer. When I heard that he was looking to set up as a freelance PR consultant I had no hesitation in asking whether he would consider working with me. 

“Greg will work on current Howle Communications projects and will be tasked with bringing in new clients in the North Cheshire and Warrington area where he is based. 

“With an up-turn in the economy, many companies and organisations are looking to PR and there is a major growth in the need for high quality copy both on and off line. 

“Greg also brings with him experience of PR crisis management and this will add further value to the PR training and crisis PR work we do at Howle Communications.”
