New services, contract wins, and new recruits has set Stoke-based BPA Safety up for further growth in 2019.
Well known as a trusted source of Health and Safety advice for companies across the UK, BPA has now added HR expertise to its service offer.
BPA has signed an agreement with experienced HR consultants Sarah Plant, owner of People Team Solutions, and Kevin Hollingworth, of the HR Department.
“There’s a clear synergy between the services provided between Health and Safety and HR professionals as we work in clients’ businesses offering them advice and expertise to solve their problems and ensure companies run smoothly,” explained Darren Bedson.
Darren, together with fellow Director Vicky Milward are working to grow BPA Safety, undergoing a comprehensive business coaching journey with North Staffordshire based Action Coach Doug Flynn to develop a blueprint for future success at the 31-year-old company.
“We welcome Sarah and Kevin who join the BPA team as independent consultants. Both have a lot of knowledge of HR services in retail, industry and other sectors and their expertise is now available via BPA. In addition, we have added ISO audits to our service offer, as Health and Safety Consultant Stephen Fletcher, who joined us in summer 2018, is a newly qualified ISO lead auditor.
“At the same time, we have bolstered our Health and Safety team with the addition of consultants Stephen Mullock and Juliet Powell, while Aidan Milward, Vicky’s son, has joined the business after graduating from Birmingham University.”
The new recruits join Finance Director Vicky, Darren, a Chartered Fellow of IOSH (the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), and Health and Safety Consultant Euan McRobie at the Quantum House, Leek Road, company.
