A new not-for-profit networking group is being served up for North Staffordshire businesses by Titanic Brewery.
Breakfast at the Brewery will be held monthly in the Sample Room at the Burslem brewery.
Businesses will pay a meeting fee, but no joining or membership fee. The fee will cover room hire and breakfast and any money left over will be given to a charity chosen by business people attending the monthly meetings.
The group is being organised by Sam Warrilow, marketing manager at the brewery and Nigel Howle who handles Titanic’s PR.
Nigel said: “As the owner of a small business I recognise the importance of networking and keeping business local. Breakfast at the Brewery attendees will be encouraged to refer business opportunities to each other and to work together to create jobs and growth in North Staffordshire.
“Titanic Brewery is a Staffordshire success story and it’s growth is an inspiring story for local small business.
“We will also be inviting speakers in to the meeting to give delegates a valuable learning point at each meeting.”
The Sample Room opened at the brewery in late October. Alongside use by the brewery for hospitality and brewery tours, the well-equipped facilities are being marketed to local business as a venue for meetings and workshops.
Alongside the development of the Sample Room, Titanic Brewery recently unveiled plans to grow its pub estate from nine to 30 pubs by 2020.
The first meeting will be held at 7am on Wednesday, January 14. Please call Nigel Howle on 0776 2043436, or email, [email protected] , if you are interested in attending.
