Two creative companies have announced an initiative designed to give companies in Staffordshire an affordable high-quality video and photographic package.
Cinerobota, run by Nick Pilgrim, and Dave Hide Photography will offer a special package deal to support local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to gain a professional advantage with their marketing material.
The “media day” package will give companies 10 to 50 short pieces of video content and 20 to 100 edited photographs, ideal for marketing campaigns and social media.
Film maker Nick Pilgrim, of Staffordshire-based Cinerobota, said collaboration with experienced photographer, Dave Hide would enhance services for SMEs, adding special rates were available for small and medium sized companies in Staffordshire and Cheshire.
“Typically, you will get a video company offering some stills photography, or a photographer shooting a video as a side project,” explained Nick, who founded Cinerobota in summer 2014. “I have some larger clients and it is perhaps the case that they can solve this problem by contracting the services of both a photographer and a film maker.
“That’ s not so easy for smaller companies and charities. Therefore, having put our heads together, we have found a way to work together to provide a solution.
“Dave is an experienced photographer with a sharp eye for detail and excellent technical knowledge when it comes to vital skills such as lighting. In addition, he has developed a well-equipped studio which serves as a major asset for clients.”
In 2023, Dave invested £20,000 to develop the Old Coach House Studio, at Richmore Hall, close to Cellarhead crossroads. The Old Coach House is fitted out is fitted with hi-tech lighting, on easily movable tracks, has up-to-the-minute IT equipment which allows customers to see photos as they are shot, a changing room, customer dressing room and baby changing facilities.
It also gives Dave and Nick access to the picturesque grounds of Richmore Hall while shooting video or still photography.
Dave said: “I’m delighted to be working with Nick. We met while out business networking and had a meeting of minds. The partnership allows us to provide a full visual package for clients to use in their marketing. We are also in touch with other creative professionals, such as a make-up artist and a personal stylist, and we can bring them in to help as needed.”
