Superfast broadband provider Keycom is celebrating after being shortlisted in five categories for the 2015 Internet Service Providers’ Awards.
Keycom is one of just three companies to gain five or more nominations in the industry Oscars.
Entrants into the ISPA awards undergo two months of rigorous technical testing before the awards’ shortlist is announced.
Keycom has been shortlisted for:
· Best Superfast Broadband
· Best Consumer Fixed Broadband
· Best Wireless
· Best Consumer Customer Service
· Best Business Customer Service
Based in Stafford and Wrexham, Keycom provide superfast broadband solutions for business and industry sectors including universities, housing and military accommodation.
The company recently worked to provide the UK’s fastest broadband for homes at the Barbican and King’s Chelsea, London.
Meri Braziel, Chief Executive, said: “It is fantastic to have our services recommended by our industry peers. The technical testing makes the ISPA awards a true test of quality, and the fact that we are among the leading nominees is testament to the hard work of our team.”
Keycom employs 75 people and customers benefit from a Help Centre which is staffed 24 hours a day/365 days a year.
“Customer service is extremely important to Keycom as we recognise how vital broadband connectivity is, whether it be for business, university students working on dissertations or army trainees on isolated bases far from family and friends.”
ISPA Secretary General Nick Lansman said, “With ISPA celebrating its twentieth anniversary, the long running ISPA Awards continues to reward those who help connect consumers and businesses and underpin our economy and society. These awards are the most rigorous and independent in the sector, with millions of tests carried out and direct input from customers.”
The ISPA awards ceremony will be held at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London EC1, on July 2.
