TRUSTEES from a charity which supports parents in need are on the lookout for a mini digger – to help their fund-raising stunt.

Karen Coleman and Nigel Howle are hoping for a vehicle to help them take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge in aid of the city-based Gingerbread Centre.

The duo want a mini-digger to help get them thoroughly drenched to raise cash.

Nigel said: “We’re prepared to get completely drenched to raise money and highlight the work done for families in Stoke-on-Trent.”
