A recruitment company owner is among the latest graduates from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme. 

Claire Leigh, Managing Director of Brampton Recruitment completed the business course at Manchester Metropolitan University. 

Brampton has grown year on year since its foundation in 2006, and Claire aims to use knowledge gained from the Goldman Sachs programme to grow her eight-strong team further. 

“The course has greatly assisted me in implementing new strategies and ideas for growth as we look to expand our team and offer new specialist services to customers,” said Claire. 

“I founded the company with a determination to not only grow business but to do it ethically and to adopt the highest standards for recruitment and the Goldman Sachs course is a perfect fit with the Brampton goals.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme provides high quality, structured and practically focused support to small business leaders who are seeking to grow their businesses.

Participants learn alongside other ambitious small business owners with the support of Manchester Metropolitan University and mentors from the business community.

On graduation, students are encouraged to share their knowledge and form an active network with fellow graduates, creating an advice and support network for small businesses across the UK.
