Technical solutions from the Hixon Group are helping Totally Delicious to constantly update performance at its restaurants.
The Stoke based Hixon Group has recently completed a state-of-the-art IT installation for the new Totally Delicious restaurant at Trentham Gardens.
Hixon has developed a suite of IT solutions for Totally Delicious ranging from data cabling to customer WiFi, up-to-the-minute computerised till data, CCTV and a 24/7 maintenance contract.
The one-stop IT solution allows Totally Delicious to constantly improve service levels at the recently launched Trentham Shopping Village restaurant, Totally Delicious workplace canteens, Trentham and Middleport tea rooms together with The Kitchen at Flip Out.
“We monitor the system 24 hours a day and can provide Totally Delicious with helpful analytics,” said Hixon Group Managing Director, Jonathan Lawton.
“For example, by monitoring WiFi usage we can see when flows in and out of the restaurant peaks and how often people visit the restaurant. Smart till solutons provide easy to analyse data on how much customers spend and there is extensive CCTV coverage.
“We have been working with Totally Delicious since 2015 and have been alongside the company as they have developed staff restaurants close to home at companies such as the Portmeirion Group, Autonet and KMF Engineering and as far afield as Bristol.”

Jonathan, from Newcastle-under-Lyme, founded the company seven years ago and has four members of staff based at Carlton House, Stoke. The company has experience working with a wide range of business sectors including accountants, solicitors, retail, health and leisure.
