Customer service from superfast broadband and IT specialist Keycom has been rated as ‘outstanding’ in an independent review.
A survey by Investor in Customers (IIC) saw Keycom score highly on issues including how staff understand customers’ needs and clear and straight forward communication with customers.
“It is the first time we have brought in an independent body to assess our customer reputation and we are delighted to have achieved an outstanding rating,” said Keycom Chief Executive Meri Braziel.
“The feedback from Investor in Customers is extremely useful and will allow us to develop a strategy for continual improvement.”

The IIC survey focuses on helping organisations improve customer satisfaction levels and the customer experience they deliver. Its methodology aims to find out whether Keycom understands its customers’ needs, and whether they meet those needs, delight their customers and create loyalty.
Meri added: “I was particularly pleased to see that our staff scored well above average for fairness, integrity and honesty and that our staff are perceived as good listeners with the best interests of customers at heart.”
Keycom employs around 75 people in Stafford and Wrexham. The company’s services are supported by a 24/7 help centre.
