Innovative mortgage brokers My Simple Mortgage have scooped a major national award.

The North Staffordshire based company recently launched a unique website tool allowing potential house buyers to get real time information on how much they can borrow.

Now the company’s efforts have been recognised with an award for Best Broker for Digital Innovation at the Legal & General  Mortgage Club Awards.

The judging panel, made up of senior figures from the mortgage lenders sector, said: “The innovation, energy and drive shown by My Simple Mortgage was refreshing, demonstrating a real strategic understanding and foresight for the future market. Developing their own CRM and seeking and implementing third party integrations to enhance the customer experience were key to impressing the judges.”

Directors James Adams and Mark Savill took to the stage at London’s landmark Guildhall to collect the prestigious mortgage Oscar.

Legal & General Mortgage Club is the largest and longest-running mortgage club in the UK. They are involved in nearly one in five of all mortgages in the UK.

My Simple Mortgage worked with Legal and General to develop a unique process to help home buyers and movers get the best real-time answer to the big question – how much can I borrow?

The system – launched in June, 2021 – is currently only available via My Simple Mortgage and will be rolled out to all L&G mortgage club member brokers in 2022.
