An HR expert who is on a mission to simplify HR and managing people is offering a free HR Doctor service to companies in Staffordshire Cheshire, and Derbyshire.
Richard Tunnicliffe of Order Employment Services has launched a free online ‘chat’ service, guaranteeing immediate answers to questions from business owners and managers across the three counties.
The service is backed with a free 30-minute discovery call where a follow-up conversation is needed.
Richard, of Stoke-on-Trent, has developed a team of HR and employment law experts at Order Employment Services (OES).
He said: “While we offer a full service to companies on a retainer basis, it’s important that employers have access to good advice from the start. They may have no access to a HR professional but have niggling questions that, without answers, are affecting the smooth running of their business or impacting badly on employee morale.
“All advice from The HR Doctor®is in line with the ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) code standards.”
Richard explained: “I have launched the free chat service to support employers who may have an issue they need to quickly deal with to allow the company to move forwards.
“For example, a difficult employee who needs to be dismissed in a way which avoids expensive legal battles.
“Employment law can be confusing and it is important that HR issues aren’t allowed to spiral out of control. As business owners, we all face problems from time to time and I think there is a need for clear, jargon free advice.
“My mission involves offering practical and pragmatic HR advice for business leaders, creating an environment which promotes a best place to work.”
Richard, of Baddeley Green, founded OES in 2023 and is a recent graduate from the Peter Coates MSc in Entrepreneurship at Staffordshire University.
“The HR Doctor service is, of course, part of our growth strategy as a business, raising our profile among companies in our core areas in the Midlands and North West England, but I am also a firm believer in the value of sharing fundamental advice.
“A short online chat can easily solve a problem, providing peace of mind for an employer and improving the day to day working environment for their team members.”
“Business owners need HR support to start, run and grow your business. We make these services more affordable, understandable, and accessible.”
Advice is available online by logging on to oeshr.com/freehradvice.
