New UK messaging app launched leads the field in security and chat features

A new and innovative free mobile communications app that puts privacy at the heart of all it does has announced its launch.

Tech entrepreneur Zabi Zamir is taking on industry giants from his small offices in Stoke-on-Trent by launching LinxApp which he says sets new standards in privacy and functionality.

LinxApp, which can be downloaded here, is a real time messaging platform that offers users ad free, private conversations in an instant. Designed to connect people not only with their friends and family but to expand their social network, LinxApp is the safe and secure way for people to communicate.

The LinxApp chatroom is unique. It’s the first messaging app to include a chatroom where users can decide how they want to chat – either with a full name and personal profile or a nickname and avatar. It allows users to participate in and start discussions with anyone around the globe.

LinxApp has been developed in the UK by tech entrepreneur Zabi Zamir through his company inLinx.  He said: “With news of WhatsApp changing its data sharing policy to tie in with Facebook and corporate giants, such as Elon Musk, publicly moving away from these messaging services, users are now looking for alternative ways to safely interact. The launch of LinxApp couldn’t come at a better time as more people look to turn away from current platforms to a message system that won’t make them feel ‘big brother’ is watching them.”

With a higher level of customisation than has never been seen before in a messaging app, LinxApp offers users the chance to change every aspect within a conversation, including background, text, replies, read receipts and more, allowing you to completely personal your LinxApp.

LinxApp also has a function to take pictures with fun filters in an instant, offering full appeal to the latest generation of social app users.

The real time instant message function comes with a host of GIFS, stickers, preset message reactions including a choice of 8 emojis and voice messages, to take the conversation outside of the virtual realm and make it as realistic as it can be. With added features including voice message and group chats, this app is set to change the way we all communicate on our phones.

Founder, Zabi, said he recognised the current instant message platform scene needed to be shaken up, adding that users feel bombarded with adverts and are worried about privacy.

“I have a background in business development and since 2009, I’ve had a vision of how a social network and messaging app should work for its users,” said Zabi. “I decided to add to my skills by completing a degree in  computer science at Keele University and, while studying, started to build LinxApp. Software was created and I was able to interact with my fellow students to test their responses to our ideas.

“This resulted in a social networking platform and a messaging app that we believe is in tune with potential users’ needs and has privacy at its heart. We have created LinxApp to ensure people felt safe and secure online, all whilst being able to connect with each other and expand their social circle.”

LinxApp will protect the user’s personal information, even in one-on-one conversations, until the user wishes to add the connection to their private network. The chatroom feature can also be disabled or enabled at any time.

Although LinxApp’s main priority is allowing people to connect instantly, the apps security settings are what takes it to a new level. LinxApp do not read or scan any conversations, meaning private conversations stay private. The app is completely ad free, so the user’s data is not shared with any third parties or advertisers, instead users can focus on what the app was designed for, communication – be that with friends, family, or even new people.

Added Zabi: “The way people communicate is constantly evolving and that’s been accelerated by the pandemic. Many of us are now relying on instant messaging services as the number one way to communicate and with the launch of LinxApp, it has never been safer or easier to do so. LinxApp is about making communication easy. Users can organise and save all their messages, images, and links to a range of handy go to tabs, so finding past communication has never been simpler.”

Zabi has offices in Stoke-on-Trent city centre. He also runs UK Language Solutions, a successful business with access to the services of over 10,000 linguists and a client base including large legal firms, universities, health trusts and universities.

Many of us are now relying on instant messaging services as the number one way to communicate and with the launch of LinxApp, it has never been safer or easier to do so.
