Staffordshire training experts form strategic partnership to deliver interactive online learning platform

Training and business services experts Jon Rye of MAKO Training and Steve Rushton of Training and Business Solutions Ltd have announced a formal partnership to deliver a bespoke, interactive online training platform for companies and individuals across the Midlands and beyond.

The collaboration combines MAKO Training’s extensive library of more than 360 interactive, video-based courses with Training and Business Solutions Ltd.’s strong network and consultancy-led approach to business development and workforce training.

Steve Rushton, Managing Director of Training and Business Solutions Ltd. said: “MAKO Training provides more than 360 interactive, video-based courses delivered through a user-friendly, mobile-responsive platform, while I founded Training and Business Solutions Ltd to identify training opportunities and business support for companies.

“While relatively young, both companies have already achieved strong success. MAKO has been recognised as the Official Preferred Supplier of Online Learning for Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and serves as an ambassador. Training & Business Solutions Ltd is also a Staffordshire Chambers Ambassador and works with over 20 trusted partners supplying a diverse range of business services.”

MAKO Managing Director Jon Rye added: “When I met Steve, it was easy to see the synergies between our businesses and how we could work together. We share the same passion and enthusiasm to support businesses and individuals across Staffordshire with the best, cost-effective, and reliable service available.

“Steve is extremely well connected within the Staffordshire business network and will provide MAKO with access to many more business owners and managers.”
