An acclaimed life and leadership strategist, international speaker, and two times number one bestselling author who fought back from personal tragedy to support leading UK and international companies has set his sights on helping business owners in Staffordshire.
Dave Williams was on the brink of suicide after losing his partner from sudden heart failure.
Determination to lead, and to honour his partner Helen led to a search for answers, a new coaching business, and involvement in two #1 Amazon best-selling books.
A recent move to Newcastle-under-Lyme has seen Dave begin to build links with Staffordshire businesses, by joining the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce. Now Dave, who has worked with major companies, including Toyota, the Priory, Cadbury, and Aldi, plus four police forces, is looking to impact organisations in the Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle, Staffordshire areas.
Born in Liverpool, and brought up in Chester, Dave enjoyed a successful career in management before moving into business coaching around a decade ago.
Dave launched the Management M.A.S.T.E.R.Y University, has written his own book, Confidence for Life, authored a chapter for a second, Aligned for Impact, co-authored another 4 books, and made his own impact as a speaker at events across the globe.
His strength comes from his recovery following the sudden death of his partner Helen, who Dave affectionately calls Hel, in 2015.
Dave said: “Hel died when she suffered a heart attack while driving. I was in total darkness, at rock bottom, at one point I sat in the kitchen with a sharp knife across my wrist.
“I pretty much lost everything I cherished, Hel, my business and even my sanity. We all have choices and I took the choice to fight back and thrive, instead of just existing. I strongly believe that no matter the situation we find ourselves in, we all have the capacity to make the situation better in life and business.
“My mission, is to empower people to break through limitations and unlock their true potential.”
