Chester based accountancy practice Morris & Co has undergone a major rebrand and will now be known as DJH Mitten Clarke.
The change of name comes two-years after the accountancy practise was bought by the DJH Mitten Clarke Group.
Meanwhile, the DJH Mitten Clarke, with offices across the West Midlands, NorthWest England and Yorkshire, is celebrating a string of promotions.
Tom Burt and Jonathan Jones have been promoted to become Senior Client Managers in the General Accounts department, Kate Stockton is now an-Assistant Client Manager in the General Accounts department, while Helen Wilson and Matthew Norton are promoted to become Senior Client Managers in the Dental Accounts department.
DJH Mitten Clarke Group is a top-50 UK accountancy company with head offices in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Group has seen high growth in recent years, having completed a merger and three other acquisitions since 2021.
Acquisitions include Manchester’s Lloyd Piggott, Baker’s in Walsall and Novis & Co in Leeds. The rebrand of Chester’s Morris & Co, which has a base at Cheshire Oaks, will further enhanced the groups presence in the North West.

Desirie will continue to lead the team based at Cheshire Oaks Business Park, alongside fellow Director, Chris Shaw.
The Chester office will undergo a major refurbishment and modernisation project which will start in the coming weeks.
The partnership comes just two months after the Group announced the rebrand of their Leeds office, formerly known as Novis & Co.
