Leading Midlands insolvency specialists Currie Young has helped to save 58 jobs after completing the sale of Shopify experts Eastside Co to its former management team.

The insolvency specialists stepped in following the demise of the Stratford-on-Avon based ecommerce business, brokering a pre-packaged sale.

Founded in 2012, Eastside Co, worked with brands to plan, launch or grow Shopify business solutions. The pre-packaged sale is a seamless solution allowing this work to continue.
