Two leading lights in the Business for Breakfast organisation have been rewarded for their tireless efforts working for Young Enterprise.
Stuart Walton, UK Managing Director of referral marketing business BforB and Sarah White, owner of the BforB Ladies franchise in Staffordshire have been recognised with Gold awards from the national education charity.
Stuart has been involved in Young Enterprise for over seven years and recently stood down as Stafford and Stone YE President.
Sarah has now taken on the President’s role having previously served as Vice President and taken a leading role in nurturing pupils from Alleyne’s School, Stone, to regional success.
Janis Wilcox of Staffordshire YE said: “The work carried-out by Stuart and Sarah in recent years has been pivotal in the success of Young Enterprise in the county.
“We are extremely grateful for how Stuart has used the BforB network in Staffordshire to drive forward Young Enterprise. BforB members are now the mainstay of our business education programme in the county, working with young people in Staffordshire to encourage entrepreneurship.
“Sarah has brought the business know how and enthusiasm from her own company to YE and has a great record in helping teams from Alleyne’s School.”
Sarah is Managing Director of M-viron, an EE mobile phone retail partner based in High Street, Stone. She successfully mentored a team through to the national finals in 2013 and has helped Alleyne’s to win the Stafford and Stone area final in 2014. Sarah has also sponsored YE trade fairs in Stone and is a regular supporter of YE events.
