Thank you to clients and friends who supported us through a difficult year

If you are reading this, you may know that my wife died suddenly in April. This led to some work being paused. I want to thank you for your understanding.
This, therefore, isn’t the usual review of the year, however, here’s a flashback to some of the stories we shared.

Firstly, some good news from the Peter Pan Centre for Children with Special Needs, a charity where I am part of the fundraising and marketing committee.

A new playground, completed following a successful fundraising campaign, helped the centre in Newcastle-under-Lyme to provide more specialist play support.

Established in 1969 as a playgroup for children with disabilities, today, the Peter Pan Centre is devoted to life-changing care and education for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

We supported companies and charities in 2023. These included cyber security experts D2NA, the White Hart CIC, Alton,  Training and Business Solutions Ltd. Ford Mainwaring, BPA Safety, and Stafford Industrial Supplies.

Beta Commercial Finance, SAS Water Ltd, Refurb-ed, and SEND Gin and Cheese, and Andrew Burr, SpringPharm (see below).

Exesios BDD, Taking Off The Mask, Order Employment Service Savana Stoke-on-Trent, Currie Young, and Loui’s Cafe.

Central Glass and Windows, GRN Financial Services, Ada Haywood, Belvoir Stoke-on-Trent, Biddulph and Leek, and Heaward Solutions.

And finally…

We need to talk about Pancreatic Cancer, It took my wife, Mary, in April. Typically, it’s not easy to spot and kills people quickly.

If you are feeling unwell, please demand a check-up. It might not be just tummy trouble.
